I hope everyone had a restful break. Your child has until Thursday to finish the 10 hours (600 min.) of reading in order to qualify for the party. Since we earned a pizza party with our door, we will have an icecream party instead.
Since we will be gone for most of Friday, we will have out spelling test on Thursday

This week we will focus on 18 common sight words that children also should know how to spell. These words are often know as "tricky words" because they do not sound out right. Some of them are homophones, or words that sound the same with different spellings.

Pumpkin Patch

We will be going on a field trip to the pumpkin patch in Clanton on Friday, October 26. We will be going with the K-5 and 1st grade classes. Permission slips will go home on Monday. I need at least 2 parents to chaperone & drive.
